What are the benefits of a Rocky Mountain Oils membership?
When you sign up for a Rocky Mountain Oils membership, you’ll automatically receive 20% off every order as well as free package insurance, a dedicated VIP Customer Support email, and a free monthly gift (with eligible purchases). Members also get exclusive early access to new product launches.
Do I need to do anything for free package insurance?
No! Simply use your membership login at checkout and free package insurance will automatically be applied to your orders.
What if there is a special promotion on the site?
Most sitewide promotions do not apply to Oil'ty Plus members, but they will occasionally receive exclusive promotions specifically for them. Members will receive notifications about these exclusive promotions through email.
When it comes to BOGO (buy one, get one) promotions, they do apply to members. However, members will not receive an additional 20% off in combination with the BOGO deal. For instance, if RMO has a limited-time "buy one, get one free" offer, and a member purchases a product included in this offer, they will automatically receive the free item but will pay the full price for the first item included in the deal. If the member has additional items in their cart that are not part of the BOGO offer, they will receive a 20% discount on those items.
Furthermore, Oil'ty Plus members have the option to use loyalty rewards along with their membership discount.
How do I get my free monthly gift?
To be eligible for a monthly gift, you must place at least one product order every month in addition to the cost of your membership fee or annual plan. Gifts are determined based on the amount of product purchased each month.
How do I get early access to new product launches?
Members will receive a special email announcing new products 24 hours before the official public launch. It’s our way of saying thank you and offering you early, exclusive access to exciting new essential oils, blends, diffusers, and more!
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
You can pause or cancel your membership at any time by going to your account and clicking 'Manage Subscriptions' in the list on the left. Here you can view all subscriptions and pause or cancel them.
